Who are we?
‘Working in Partnership with Communities’

The Communities for Work Plus (CfW+) project, is a Welsh Government funded project run by NPT Council, which supports local individuals to find employment and training opportunities. The project can help individuals aged 16 and above, living in NPT who are either unemployed or working low hours/part time/on zero hour contracts/experiencing in-work poverty. We come under the NPT Employability umbrella, with a central point of contact so that whoever gets referred into us goes to the correct project, based on their needs, location etc. So, that means they could be referred to us or one of our partners, such as Workways or PaCE.
