Our project aims to increase the prospects of young people and adults in order for them to move into sustainable employment, training and educational opportunities.

Our Employer Liaison Officers develop positive relationships with employers across Neath Port Talbot with the aim of securing employment opportunities for our customers, whilst in the process also helping the company recruit suitably qualified and experienced individuals.
